We maintain strong links to Oracle; we work closely with Oracle Development, Pre-Sales and Support to enable us to give correct advice to our clients that is in line with the future direction of the product. The ability to know the right person to talk to for resolution of issues has been key in some of our previous implementations, especially because we often implement at the forefront of technology.
We try to get our clients to work together to achieve solutions. In our experience many clients have similar requirements and it can save a lot of time and money if clients are able to learn from each other rather than “re-inventing the wheel”. We have set up many client forums and demos to this end. We are also extremely active in the Oracle User Groups, as we believe these provide a huge benefit to clients.
