All of our consultants possess at least 5 years experience with Oracle HCM applications. Most have worked with Oracle HCM for over 10 years and our principal consultants have worked directly for Oracle HCM Development and have been around since the early days of Oracle HCM. All our consultants have experience of the full project lifecycle and draw upon their extensive experience and knowledge to provide the right solution every time.
Our principal consultants draw upon their Oracle Development background to design and create bespoke functionality that has a seamless look and feel by using the same standards as Oracle Development, whether it be data migration scripts or a bespoke screen/report. Some of this functionality has even been adopted as a basis of design by Oracle Development to be brought into the core application.
