History
After leaving Oracle Development, the three founding members of Application Lynx started consulting for a number of client engagements. They soon teamed up with a number of other high quality consultants who worked repeatedly with them on various projects, and who continue to be part of Application Lynx’s team today.
In 2002, the founders of Application Lynx led the first 11i HR/Payroll implementation in the UK for Norwich Union, using their close links with Oracle to ensure there were minimal product issues. This was a very successful project, especially having to overcome the complexities of being the very first 11i UK HR/Payroll implementation. Due to the huge success of this project they decided to form Application Lynx.
Since then Application Lynx have endeavoured to lead the way in new technology and the future direction of Oracle HCM. We have continually been the first to implement some of the new technology successfully maximising our links with Oracle to ensure a quality delivery.
