Overview
Oracle HCM is a fully integrated HR management system and is part of a suite of applications including Financial, Manufacturing and CRM. After recent acquisitions of Peoplesoft and JD Edwards and the development of Simply HR. Oracle and SAP are really now the only two choices for large or developing companies for a full end to end HR solution that offer the integration into other applications to provide a single source of the truth for all their HR data. We have always found Oracle to be much more flexible to implement and change with the business than SAP, and with the Fusion project the HCM product is having so much investment put into it that the next 5-10 years will truly show the strengths of the product.
