Project Management and Delivery
The key to the success of our project management is that the project managers understand HR and the Oracle product which ensures a successful delivery. Our management team has experience of some of the largest Oracle projects with up to 220 people down to smaller specific projects.
Project Planning
Our vast experience of different projects and full life cycle implementations result in the creation of accurate plans. To help clients, we identify potential pitfalls upfront that can occur on particular types of projects and on how to resolve or avoid them.
Consultation
Our principal consultants have been around since the early days of Oracle HCM and we have built up an extensive list of trusted consultants over the years. All consultants we supply have the full support of the consultancy’s experience and knowledge with an active internal forum and strong communication lines. Our consultants range from high level HR Strategists, Functional, Technical and DBAs. Consultants can be interchangeable on site to suit changing project needs. We can supply adhoc consultancy, single consultants or a full team.
Implementation
We have in-depth experience of several HCM implementations covering the full life cycle from Initial Feasibility Studies right through to training and implementation. Clients enjoy the flexibility to invite us in at any stage of a project from Product Selection through to Post Implementation Reviews. We ensure that client involvement and training is delivered throughout the project to aid in-house post implementation support.
Oracle Extensions
As many of our consultants are ex-Oracle Development we are in a prime position to extend the product to meet clients’ requirements. Each Principal Consultant draws upon his or her Oracle Development background to design and create supported bespoke functionality for the core application that has a seamless look and feel by using the same standards as Oracle Development. Some of this functionality has even been adopted as a basis of design by Oracle Development to be brought into the core application.
Recruitment
We offer a service for interviewing contractors and permanent consultants on behalf of or in conjunction with clients who are implementing projects. Through our contacts and experience we ensure clients get the best consultants available.
