Overview
Application Lynx has a solid reputation for delivering a wide range of quality training courses by focusing on real examples and exercises. Our long experience of training users for implementations has found that that it is essential to build the courses around the business process rather than the application. This makes it easier for users to learn. All of our training is tailored to individual client needs and extensively uses their Business Process examples and exercises throughout the training courses.
SSHR Online Training
We have partnered with an eLearning company to allow us to provide ‘on-line’ (SCORM compliant) course material together with screen-linked Self Service HCM training. This has been indicative in the successes of our Self Service HCM implementations: it can be used as part of internal communications to sell, inform and train all employees where traditional methods fail. In addition, this system can be used to form part of classroom based or computer based training material, a blended learning approach.
Training Material and Technology
The advantage the eLearning tool offers us is that we can quickly create or update training material from either our own instance or the clients. We can easily publish to the intranet or internet either hosted by us or directly on the client’s intranet without the need of a separate Oracle Training instance, instantly saving the costs of an extra training instance and a DBA resource to constantly refresh it after courses. Having the flexibility to host training material on the intranet enables us to either deliver courses in the traditional classroom method or by CBT with the same content.
